Product-Specific Refund Eligibility: Each product on StarsJArt Construction may have its own refund policy. Please check the individual product page for refund eligibility before making a purchase. This policy outlines our general refund guidelines.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to StarsJArt Construction.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to StarsJArt Construction, accessible from your app's URL.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

General Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our artwork and custom creations. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the unique nature of artistic goods.

Standard Refund Period

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must apply:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • The item must not have been used, worn, or altered
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email)
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the refund approval

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom Commissions: Personalized artwork created specifically for you
  • Digital Downloads: Immediately accessible digital products
  • Limited Editions: Numbered prints from limited series
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

Contact our support team at support@starsjart.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Please include photographs if the item arrived damaged.

Step 2: Review and Approval

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information or photos. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

  • Email us at support@starsjart.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Describe the issue in detail

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for items damaged during transit or defective upon arrival.

Custom Artwork and Commissions

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, refunds are handled differently:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • After Work Begins but Before Completion: Partial refund based on percentage of work completed
  • After Completion: Refunds are not available unless the artwork does not match the agreed-upon specifications
  • Dissatisfaction with Artistic Style: We encourage reviewing the artist's portfolio thoroughly before commissioning, as artistic style differences are not grounds for refund

Digital Products and Custom Works

Digital products (downloadable artwork, digital prints, etc.) and custom works are generally non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility. However, if you experience technical issues with your download, contact us within 7 days, and we will help resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@starsjart.com.
